Dave, you bring your videos, Joey can bring his mixing board. It is sure to be one "hell" of a party.

Don't worry, I'm certainly not offended...just a knee-jerk from 18 years of southern Baptist upbringing (my mom would be proud). And as for the other billions...they have all turned the other cheek by now.

Yes, but that's because my parents are coming Friday.

Does anyone know of any streets in Columbia, aside from Lafayette in Cayce, that the flowers are really blooming well? I would like to do a drive by with my Grandma, she really loves flowers and that's less time I have to spend in the mall.

I'm giving Dad a motorcycle lesson too. I hope it's nice out.

You could do a drive by down on Read Street. They have a lot them down there. Didn't know your Grandma was into that stuff.

Yeah man, you should drive her by my house! No, wait, all I've got is dirt cause one flowery saludaboy kept sayin', " Yeah, Man! I'll come over and look at yer yard and tell ya what to plant in various light conditions. " Ofcouse, I'd a paid him afewbrews for the advice....But did he ever make it over........NO. So, I'll have to wait untill next year to say, "Yeah man, you should drive her by my house!" Still, since yer gonna be in WC anyway, ya might as well drive her by Hydro's house cause he had ought to have the opposite of a puttin' green, loaded up with color, by now

Sorry 'bout that Scoobinsky...the wife got tired of hustling the empties at daycare during craft-time in exchange for enrollment fees. Bummer! Glitter and a few buttons can do amazing things to a Budweiser can, don't you know!

And you were talking about dinner and beers right around the time that peculiar thread about the "Fish Pie" and all that wierdness...sorry I couldn't make it.

curtdavis....about 90% of Shandon is blowing up with azaleas, camelias and daffodils, just to mention a few....if that ain't Southern flora, I don't know what is. Tons of other stuff too. Dogwoods starting to blossom, as well as the Redbuds (tight purple native flowering trees that are going off right now).

Roll down Edisto (the ritzy side) and down through Heyward, Monroe, Duncan streets...any of the side streets in that area as well.

Botanical Garden is blowing up now too if you want to do a quick walking tour...its like less than a mile from your newly cleaned apartment.

Good luck!

If you feel like taking a drive, Summerville has a "flower" festival this weekend.

Curtdavis, I'll think about you and the family riding around looking at flowers whilst I'm sliding into The Thing.

I heard all the Pansies in town were run over by someone in a black truck?
