Forum Software Updated - 2/6/2016

I had to update the forum software to the latest version. Unfortunately, the previous style was not supported so I picked one with similar colors as the main site. Will update the look and feel shortly.

The main purpose of the update is for improved security and some features I'm working on adding, like logging in with Facebook account.
